Last time I did it in 2007, we "power" walked round...and ran up to and over the finish line! That's the way to do it :D

Keep donating people, if you haven't already. :D

And I've just seen that they're doing it THIS SUNDAY 28TH JUNE, so even more reason to sponsor ASAP!!!

Okay, FINALLY, I got a donation in! My card was giving me a lot of trouble.... >_>

Only managed £10 in as I have no income, haven't for a while, and am trying to conserve card's resources, but... Every little bit counts, right? Plus that's another Team Pilkington on the homepage. :D

It's quite impossible for me to donate unfortunately. I'm too young to have a card and my parents won't let me donate online (they have a crazy fear of paying money through the internet, they're sure there's a scam somewhere :-S). But I'd really love to. And YAY for Team Pilkington, I just read the donations comments and they're great!!
Do you think Dianne will read them? It would be awesome if we could get her aware of us :-)

Ehehe, I think there's a pretty good chance that Di may pop onto the RFL site to see how the donations are coming in--and who could resist peeking at all the lovely comments? ;D The idea is a bit squee-inducing, truthfully... x33

What I love is Ben Elton's comment, though--"Dearest Dianne, I will need to see photographic evidence. xxx." Not to mention his donation; £250! I guess if you're him, you can afford to do that. xD I think this is turning out well. =)

It would, y'know be better if I could actually attend....>_> Well...I'm rooting for everyone if it helps. ;__;

or something to that effect ;)

I also loved Mark Goldthorp's - 'Dianne, Dianne, Dianne... running?!'. I take it Dianne has a reputation for avoiding all forms of exercise. Good on the woman! ^_^

I'm glad I have at least one thing in common with Dianne...a hatred of running! lol We had to do field runs at school and I was always always always right at the back and the last time I had to do it I thought 'right, this time, I'm gonna try my very hardest and not come last' I did try my very best. I didn't come last. Great...so I didn't embarrass myself. Wrong. I was sick. lmao I tried so damn hard, and I'm reeeally not built for running so yes, I was sick just as I crossed the finish line!! Classic...from then on I had a reason to hate running! I really do hope the same thing doesn't happen to Dianne...I'm sure it won't!! She's far too lady-like!! lol

^ Oh, no, I never tried my best, I hated it, lol. Me and my friend used to fake illness, invent music lessons, hide behind football goals, anything to avoid running! Running is an evil thing and should not be allowed in schools, it's child cruelty.

i quite like running, very refreshing and you see some quite nice looking men around the park. a lot of sweaty old people tho... but gimme a contact sport any day.
