Because I quite like it!
Why 'Bit of Glitter'?
I liked the phrase because it is connected to Dianne in many ways. The most obvious reason is that she plays Glinda in Wicked and Glinda wears a lot of glitter. Also, it is a line from Dianne's song 'Pretty Lies' from Taboo where she sings that 'a little bit of glitter goes a long long way'.
Then again, she played Belle in Beauty and The Beast and Belle, as we all know, is a princess. A princess and glitter just go together.
And I think the word just fits Dianne because she's like a star everywhere she goes. She's like a bit of glitter, shining like a star on stage every night.
What do you think?
