It's looking more and more unlikely that I can make it...and I am pretty heartbroken about it cos I was REALLY excited. There's still hope though! I wouldn't be able to stay for Wicked day though unfortunately (if I'm right in thinking that's the Sunday) AND I've just read on a message from a 'Kerry Ellis Great British Songbook' facebook group that there's a group trip being planned for the same day as us meaning a) it'll be harder for us to get tickets if there are loads of em and b) it'll be packed at SD if it goes ahead...I know some of you will have probably got the same FB message but I just thought I'd bring it to your attention just in case it makes any difference. Sorry, I feel like I keep putting problems in thw ay of the trip...it's just me trying to think logically and simply being paranoid.

Just another thought (back to my waffling...sorry) but for those of us who can't make it...could we perhaps make a group card with pictures of all of us who have hoodies a.k.a. Team Pilkington on it...I mean actually wearing the hoodies, not just randomly and maybe just a little message from each of us (we'd obviously have to take individual pics of us wearing the hoodies and then one of our many talented arty members could put em all together on a purdy card)...that we can give to Dianne on the trip so those who can't make it don't feel left out?? Just a thought...it's be nice to show Dianne that Team Pilkington is pretty big and because we're dotted all over the place, we can't all make it to London

Just thought this might jeopardise the hoodie plan a bit but hey...I worry about everything so I thought I'd let you guys know so you can think it over without panicking like me!! lol It was the 'loads of us' bit that worried me slightly...and the fact there are 338 members...obviously they wouldn't ALL go but I wouldn't want Team Pilkington to get lost in the crowd!

To be honest, only 9 people have voted so there will never be more than 9 of us. I think it would be around 5 people. So we should be able to get tickets, no matter what day we're going.

Is Wicked day definitely on the 1st of November? If so i'm going to be going..so would love to come over and say to any of y'all that are there!

If the majority of you really do want to move the meet date then I'm ok with that as, obviously, it would be more fun to have as many Team Pilkington-ers there as possible. I think Fran's idea is good though, a sort of "Team Pilkington Hoodie who's who" card/whatever to be sent to Di would be fun

I agree with Lucie, we shouldn't be put off by a few GBS Fans! And it does sound like they are trying to get Group Discount Tickets in advance rather than queuing for Day Seats. So, if there are a few of us that are still up for going then...let's do it.

I know, I'm gutted!! But I'm guessing my landlord actually wants to be paid rent, and atm the cost of travel, tickets to the Saturday show, probably staying over in London etc... it's gonna be a pinch! BUT I'm thinking I will make lots of cut backs when I'm back at Uni, and with any luck I can save enough money!

i may be coming with a friend whos a boy? he wants to get a hoodie but ovbs wont want pink i think so could we sort out a blue one for him or something If the trip goes ahed for us, we will be in london from friday till sunday so we will be able to be at the theatre early in the morning

Ok...I officially want to cry. After months of me wittering and worrying about the darn day of awesomness and the hoodies of dreams...I can't go. *sobs* I can't believe it but I can't. I still want a hoodie though because I shall be wearing it on Team Pilkington Day wherever the heck I am. crying, no doubt. I've also voted 'yes' in the poll and I dunno how to change it so I'm sorry about that. Just letting you know I really wanted to meet you all and everything Nvm...whenever Dianne leaves (sorry to bring that up!!) I shall (hopefully!) be there, in my hoodie, looking out for you Team Pilkingtons!!
