Dianne Off-days (Wicked)

These days are days when Sarah (Di's understudy) will be playing Glinda. That means, no Dianne on these days.

October 22nd-27th
December 3rd-8th
March 10th-15th

Also, the reason why she's not on at 22nd-27th is that she's going with her boyfriend and his son to DisneyLand.

thank you michelle, any idea if dianne will still be in wicked during july 2008? that is so sweet her, her boyfriend and his son went to disneyland

Well, I know that Kerry's contract is until July 2008 so I assume Dianne will be staying until then as well, maybe longer.

Woohoo! I hope she does. She obviously loves being in Wicked and Glinda and Elphie are the two best leading roles in the West End :wink:

and no offence to kerry, but as soon as kerry goes then dianne might hopefully get more recognition, instead of being shadowed by kerry

But then again, I don't think she's in Kerry's shadow. They are both SO different!

Um.. yeah i dont think she's in Kerry's shadow.. i think the reason more people love kerry is because she's been in so many things as HUGE parts eg WWRY (meat) and Les Mis (Fantine) and Dianne hasn't been in as much. But shes still amazing!

I wonder how long she's staying in Wicked.. I know Kerry's contract is until June 6th but I have no idea about Dianne's. Im going to London in September next year, hopefully she'll still be there, and if not, ill have to fly to London earlier just to see her in Wicked... not that I mind, lol.

I think also maybe Kerry has more recognition because she's been in Wicked longer. When she leaves, Dianne will be the one there longer than the new Elphaba, so she'll hopefully get more recognition

i was thinking if wicked is rumoured to be finishing in september then dianne might sign on til september, but i hope it doesnt close cause i need to get my wicked viewing figures up

. oh emma david said he pulled a guy last night who saw wicked 25 times, david was like "that is fandom" and i was like "seeing a show that many times doesnt mean he is more of a fan" considering the guy david met came from london, and he doesnt need to pay for hotels to see the show :roll:

Which means we'll be seeing a lot of shows next year if it closs on September

Yeah we don't want her to lose her voice! Oh yeah, it's alright for Pheebs to want to stay in a fancy hotel, but it's her sister that'll be paying for her, we have to pay for ourselves!

If Dianne did leave Wicked though, it wouldn't be the end of the world, because she's obviously gonna be in another musical soon after so we can just see her in that
