Any other TV performances?

Postby Diannefied on Thu Nov 01, 2007 11:55 pm

Does anyone know if they will perform on the Royal Variety Performance or Children in Need again?

I hope they do because I would love to see Dianne on TV performing in front of the Queen :D

The BBC Children in Need Appeal Show returns on Friday 16 November at 7.00pm on BBC One, with a rich offering of entertainment acts all appearing to raise money for disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.

Terry Wogan will host the 28th Appeal Night, live from BBC Television Centre, which over seven hours will feature some of the UK's top TV, musical and theatrical personalities and acts.

Terry will be joined by a series of guest presenters, including Fearne Cotton, and the evening's highlights will include performances by the Spice Girls, Kylie Minogue, John Barrowman, the cast of 'EastEnders', a special episode of 'Doctor Who' and a one-off edition of 'Junior Dragon's Den.'

Other highlights include:

- Lee Mead opening the show with the cast of 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat' and a performance from the West End stars of 'Dirty Dancing'

- Exclusive Children in Need themed scenes from 'Hotel Babylon'

- A 'Never Mind the Buzzcocks' special - as Radio 1 take on Radio 2

- And, of course a very special, live performance by the BBC newsreaders

Further details will be announced nearer Appeal Night, to keep up-to-date with all the latest Children in Need news, sign up to our newsletter or download a Pocket Pudsey .
